Model 825 Coreless Winder
For those of you who are weary of dealing with overseas manufacturers, old technology, limited service, and expensive spare parts, you now have a reliable domestic supplier to turn to.
Along with thoughtful features designed to aid in set-up and operation of the process we have added SERVO DRIVE technology to the design. By introducing servo technology to the coreless winder product we have greatly reduced the overall cycle time of the machine. This improvement in cycle times directly improves overall line speeds and increases machine profitability.
Not only are we offering our Model 825 Coreless winder as a new machine, we are also offering the system as a retrofit on other manufactures winders. That is to say that we can REBUILD your other coreless winders to our Model 825 standards.

- Bosch-Rexroth servo control platform.
- A pneumatically controlled – counterbalanced accumulator section. NO MORE WEIGHTS!
- Photo beam safety at accumulator entrance.
- Missing perforation / Transfer alarm
- Impending transfer alarm.
- Oversize roll - safety shutdown.
- Our trademarked Web Catcher™ feature. Ensures film does not get pulled back into accumulator if transfer is missed.
- Tapered winding spindles, ease release of roll.
