Hole Punch Controller

The Hole Punch Control system provides production personnel with an easy to understand system to provide venting of bags and film sheeting. The unit will work with virtually any existing punch bank.

The system utilizes a high-resolution encoder as its measurement device. This encoder provides both distance input and speed of the line.

The operators are provided several easy to navigate screens allowing them to set-up the # of holes, distance to holes from the seal, and dwell time of the punch output.

This system also has the capability of running continuous holes, without the need for a "seal" input.

Along with set-up, operators and maintenance are provided a screen, which displays actual encoder feedback. This display allows personnel to diagnose possible system problems.

The simplicity of this package allows most customers the option of installing the system in-house, using their personnel.
