Web Oscillators

We have two different styles of web oscillators available. Each style oscillator is driven by a small stepper motor. This driving mechanism allows for higher torque capacity and variable speed. Oscillators are easily configured to follow a variable line speed reference. These unit have proven very versatile in a number of oscillating spindle rewinders.

Different type of feed heads, dependant on application, can be mounted on these units.

Style 1 - Belt driven, longer travel distances, moderate torque capacity.
Style 2 - Screw driven, shorter travel distances, higher torque capacity.
