Converting Systems, Inc. in business since 1999 specializes in the rebuilding and construction of new machinery for the plastics industry. We offer the following product lines.

Bag machines: Converting System's "Servo" design is the only patented bottom seal shuttle servo bag machine design in the Plastic industry. The first machine was built in 2001. Since then virtually every sale has been to a repeat customer. A real testament to customer satisfaction. Our bag machine rebuild program provides in effect a new machine with a new machine warranty.

Winders: Single turret and dual turret center driven winders with auto-cutover, taper tension; Individual spindle drives and Microprocessor touch screen controls. We also specialize rebuilding winders incorporating many new machine features for a fraction of the cost of a new winder. In addition we manufacture trim winders, re-winders and driven un-winders.

Coreless Winders: Offered in typical industry sizes these machines have received the same attention to detail during our “re-design” that many of our other previous products have. We have improved the mechanical assemblies, “Rev'd Up” the electronics package, and provided operators a color touch-screen for machine operation and set-up. Not only are we offering our CSI Coreless Winder, we are also offering Coreless Winder Rebuilding

Controls: Entire extrusion systems controls from monolayer through seven layers. We have a complete compliment of retrofit controls for bag machines for those who wish to upgrade their equipment cost effectively in stages. We also specialize in custom controls. "No job is too small"!
