Converting Systems Introduces NEW Pneumatic Clutch Retrofit Package
Adding to its list of world class system retrofits, Converting Systems is pleased to introduce its new Pneumatic Clutch Retrofit Package for Gloucester Engineering winders with manual clutching systems. Older winders will now be able to simulate the roll transfer cycle of more advanced winders. With safety being one of our top priorities, this new system allows spindles start and stop automatically, making them safer to operate. Easily retrofitted onto most mechanical clutch style winders. Converting Systems has provided world class systems retrofits for many different winding systems, including Gloucester models 123, 124, 135, 192, 1001, and Sano DTW and STW.

Converting Systems Releases NEW Dual Turret Winder - Model 3001
After years of providing winder systems, Converting Systems Inc. of Bartlett, Illinois has released a new large diameter, fully PLC controlled, Dual Turret Blown Film Winder. Capable of a variety of speed ranges with roll diameters to 30" and automatic film transfers, this machine is provided initially in layflat sizes to 104" with larger layflats available later this year.
